You will be provided with 2 lower body days; one designed specifically to grow & strengthen your legs and the other to shape, build & grow those glutes! By doing this, I ensure you’re building muscle, creating shape, toning up AND growing that booty.
Video demonstrations will ensure you know what you’re doing at the gym or home, have correct form and are getting the most out of every workout.
