Meet Robyn:

Robyn Gill is a Certified Personal Trainer, life coach, nutrition coach and competition prep coach with 10 years of experience. 

She has helped hundreds of women transform their bodies and lifestyles.

She is very passionate about fitness and is  a recognized Elite International Figure Athlete in Canada taking several 1st place finishes in her shows. 

In 2013, after the loss of her parents & several years of hardship Robyn nearly took her life. Instead of doing so, she set out for a fitness goal that ultimately saved her life.  Little did she know that proper nutrition and exercise would change her entire world. 

Fitness impacted her life so positively, it became her biggest passion and has led her drive to help and inspire other women to transform & empower their lives.
