Whether you’re new to fitness or an intermediate, this total mind, body glow transformation is for YOU! This transformation is a 12 week challenge and you’ll be provided with all your daily workouts as well as nutrition guidance to tone up and strengthen your body.
I wanted to make sure you have the chance to love yourself, whether you’re a stay at home mom or a busy boss lady so I created both a gym version and a home version!
You’re guaranteed results by following this 12 week total mind body glow up challenge whether you’re at home or in the gym.
Both versions will provide you with your daily workouts. This will include videos demonstrations to ensure you know what you’re doing at the gym or at home and getting the most out of every workout.
Abs are made in the kitchen! As much as we hate to admit it, it’s true. But don’t worry! I’ve got you covered. In this 12 week challenge, you will be provided with nutrition guidance & supplementation suggestions/advice. Nurturing your body with the right foods will lead to healthy success in all your goals.
Not only will you be training your body during this challenge, you’ll be training your mind. With daily journal entries built right into your program, you’re encouraged to deload that mind daily and let that negative energy go!
